For instructions on how to create user boxes from the controlpanel, see the following page:P.26 “Creating user boxes”1 Click the [Documents] tab.The [Documents] tab page is displayed.2 Make sure that you are selecting “e-Filing” in the Document frame, and select [NewBox] from the [File] menu.The New Box window appears.3 Define the box properties as required and complete the operation.1) Select a box number in the [Box Number] box.Users cannot select existing box numbers in the [Box Number] box. Only undefined box numbers appear in thisdrop-down list box.2) Enter the box name in the [Box Name] box.Box names can consist of any ASCII characters except: \ / < > " % & = ' ; : * ? | # [ ] { }. Do not use a space orperiod at the beginning or end of the name. The maximum size of a box name is 32 characters.3) If you want to protect the box with a password, enter one in the [Box Password] and [Confirm Password] boxes.The password input is displayed in the blank symbols.
