If it isnot, open Palm Desktop software.n Click the HotSync Manager, choose Setupand click the Local tab. Check that the SerialPort setting displays the correct COM portwhere your HotSync cradle/cable isattached.On a Macintosh try these steps:n Make sure HotSync Manager is enabled. Ifit is not, double-click the HotSync Managericon in the Palm folder and enable HotSyncManager on the HotSync Controls tab.n Double-click the HotSync Manager icon inthe Palm folder and then click the SerialPort Settings tab.
