Programmable SettingsFor assistance, please call 1-800-211-PANA (7262). 41Telephone settingsDialing modeIf you cannot make calls, change thissetting depending on your telephone lineservice.“Tone” (default): For tone dial service.“Pulse”: For rotary pulse dial service.1 Press {MENU}.2 Scroll to “Initial setting” bypressing {V} or {^}, then press {>}.3 Scroll to “Set tel line” by pressing{V} or {^}, then press {>}.4 Scroll to “Set dial mode” by pressing{V} or {^}, then press {>}.5 Press {V} or {^} repeatedly to selectthe desired setting.6 Press {Save}, then press {OFF}.Flash timeThe flash time depends on your telephoneexchange or host PBX.You can select: “90ms” (milliseconds),“100ms”, “110ms”, “250ms”, “300ms”,“400ms”, “600ms”, or “700ms” (default).1 Press {MENU}.2 Scroll to “Initial setting” bypressing {V} or {^}, then press {>}.3 Scroll to “Set tel line” by pressing{V} or {^}, then press {>}.4 Scroll to “Set flash time” bypressing {V} or {^}, then press {>}.5 Press {V} or {^} repeatedly to selectthe desired setting.6 Press {Save}, then press {OFF}.Note:L The setting should stay at 700 ms unlesspressing {Flash} fails to pick up the CallWaiting call.L If the unit is connected via a PBX, certainPBX functions (call transferring, etc.)may not work correctly.
