You can then use thedifferent greeting messages for thosetimes.Note:L The Automated Attendant System onlyworks with a multi-phone system.How Automated Attendant Systemworks1 Call is received.2 The Automated Attendant Systemanswers the call and play a greetingmessage.3 If a caller presses an extensionnumber (11 to 26), the call istransferred to the required extension.If a caller presses 0, the AutomatedAttendant System plays an auxiliarygreeting message.If a caller does not enter anynumber, the Automated AttendantSystem transfers the call toextension 11.Automated Attendant Systemgreeting messagesThree different greeting messages areavailable.
