Before using23LSQT0862Setting date and timeIf the screen shows the incorrect date/time, thenadjust it.pSet to Tape Recording Mode or CardRecording Mode.1 Set [BASIC] >> [CLOCK SET] >> [YES].2 Move the joystick left or right in order toselect the item to be set. Then move thejoystick up or down to set the desired value.pThe year will change as follows:2000, 2001, ..., 2089, 2000, ...pThe 12-hour clock is used.3 Press the joystick to determine the setting.pThe clock function starts at [00] seconds.x About date/timepThe date and time function are driven by abuilt-in lithium battery.pMake sure to check the time before recordingbecause the built-in clock is not very accurate.x Recharging the built-in lithium batterypIf [] or [--] is indicated when the Camcorder isturned on, then the built-in lithium battery hasrun down. Connect the AC adaptor to theCamcorder or place the battery on theCamcorder, and the built-in lithium battery willbe recharged. Leave the Camcorder as is forapprox. 24 hours, and the battery will drive thedate and time for approx. 6 months.
