42SETUP PROCEDURES■ Setup ProceduresThis unit has two setting procedures.The one is SETUP MENU, which is the unit's on-screen dis-play (OSD).The other is SX150 Admin Console, which operates on thePC.• SETUP MENU (OSD)The basic functions, which are essential for the operation,are configurable. However, some items are not config-urable. The settings about group sequences, operators andschedules, etc.• SX150 Admin Console (PC)All the functions of this unit are configurable. You need aPC to use SX150 Admin Console.Refer to p. 51 SX150 ADMIN CONSOLE for details of theplatform and installation.Notes:• To use SX150 Admin Console, you need to prepare aPC and a 9-pin D-sub cable.(Refer to p. 40.)• When changing the configuration of SX150 AdminConsole, configuration data getting and putting arenecessary between the unit and PC to activate yourconfiguration.■ Description of Setup ProceduresThis chapter describes about configurable items.● Sequence SettingsSETUP MENU can configure tour sequences. SX150 AdminConsole can configure both of tour sequences and groupsequences.• Tour sequence: Up to 16 tour sequences are config-urable (16 steps per tour).• Group sequence: Tour sequences can be activated onup to 4 monitors simultaneously (1 tour sequence permonitor).● Schedule SettingsSETUP MENU can configure daylight saving time. SX150Admin Console can configure timer event, camera clean-ing, and daylight saving time.• Timer event: A sequence or spot mode can be activat-ed on the regular time of every month, week or day.Up to 30 timer events can be registered.• Camera cleaning: Camera cleaning can be executedon the regular time of every month, week or day.• Daylight saving time: Daylight saving times for 20 yearsare configurable.● Alarm SettingsThe operation parameters when an alarm is input to the unitare configurable.• Alarm mode: The operation mode activated along withan alarm input is configurable. Sequence mode or holdmode is selectable. Alarm mode can be set to OFFwhen not using it.• Alarm event: The event activated along with an alarminput is assignable to each alarm input terminals. Thesequence number or spot camera is selectable for thealarm event.• Alarm input (Alarm port): The alarm polarity (N. O. or N.C.) is assignable to each alarm input terminal.
