Check that theburner head is level and that the cap is fitted centrally on theburner head (Fig.5.1).The Wok BurnerThe wok burner can also be taken apart for cleaning.When reassembling the wok burner (Fig.5.2), turn over thelarge base ring and find the ‘D’ shaped area (Fig.5.3). Turn thehead until the ‘D’ matches the one on the burner base. Flipthe burner over once again and place it on the burner base.To fit the small inner burner, find the larger electrode notch inthe burner rim. Line this up with the white ignition electrodeand place the inner burner on the large base ring (Fig.5.4).Now fit the two burner caps, making sure that they are seatedproperly.Check the burner ports are not blocked. If a blockage occurs,remove stubborn particles using a piece of fuse wire.The Wok CradleRecommended cleaning materials are hot soapy water, amoistened soap pad, cream cleaner or a nylon scourer.The GriddleAlways clean the griddle after use. Allow it to cool completelybefore removing. Immerse the griddle plate in hot soapywater. Use a soft cloth or, for stubborn stains, a nylon washingup brush.Note: If the griddle is washed in a dishwasher then somedishwasher residue may appear on the back.
