(only forDominion SX units runningfirmware version 2.5 orhigher)username: admin (all lower case)password: raritan (all lower case)Server Unreachable If a unit appears to be unreachable by a given browser, please run throughthe following troubleshooting list:Verify that the unit is powered on.Verify that the unit is properly connected to a network.Ping the unit from a computer on the same network to ensure that networkcommunication with the unit occurs.Should the ping fail, contact your network administrator. There may be aproblem with your network configuration that is preventingcommunication with the unit.Should the ping succeed, consult the following topics.DNS Error/ServerUnreachableWhen attempting to connect to the Dominion SX URL using Microsoft IE,a web page may appear indicating a DNS error and reading that the serveris unreachable.Remove any installed Dominion SX certificates and restart the browser.Unsupported Encryption The unit supports only 128-bit SSL encryption.In Internet Explorer, view Help→About Internet Explorer and determinethe maximum SSL bit strength for the browser. If it is not at the desiredstrength, it is recommended that the browser be upgraded.In Netscape, view Communicator→Tools→Security Info→SSL v3.0Configuration and ensure that 128-bit SSL is supportedNumber of Users Exceeded The unit has a security measure that allows only a specific number of loginpages to be authenticated at any given time. Should this number be reachedwhen attempting to login to the unit, a pop-up window will be displayedindicating that the maximum number of users is exceeded. This is normalbehavior for the unit.Wait for a few minutes and attempt to login again. Note that you may needto refresh or <Shift+Refresh> your browser to successfully log on.
