Settings 192updated Software version may add new functionsand, in some limited cases, may delete existingfunctions.While the Update will be generally available, in somelimited circumstances, the Software updates will onlybe offered by your network carrier, and such Softwareupdates will be governed by your contractualrelationship with your network carrier.With the “Automatic Update” function enabled (as inthe default setting in the System Update menu in theSetting), your device downloads some Updatesautomatically from time to time. Your device will,however, ask for your consent before installing anyUpdate If you choose to disable the “AutomaticUpdate” function, then you can check the availabilityof new Updates by clicking on the “Check Update”menu in the Setting. We recommend that you checkavailability of any new Updates periodically for optimaluse of your device. If you want to avoid any use ofnetwork data for the Update downloads, then youshould choose the “Wi-Fi Only” option in the Setting.(Regardless of the option you choose, the “AutomaticUpdate” function downloads Updates only throughWi-Fi connection.)6. Some features of the Software may require yourdevice to have access to the internet and may besubject to restrictions imposed by your network orinternet provider. Unless your device is connected tothe internet through Wi-Fi connection, the Softwarewill access through your mobile network, which mayresult in additional charges depending on yourpayment plan. In addition, your enjoyment of somefeatures of the Software may be affected by thesuitability and performance of your device hardwareor data access.7. SOFTWARE TRANSFER. You may not transfer thisEULA or the rights to the Software granted herein toany third party unless it is in connection with the saleof the mobile device which the Softwareaccompanied. In such event, the transfer must includeall of the Software (including all component parts, themedia and printed materials, any upgrades, thisEULA) and you may not retain any copies of theSoftware.
