About Remote Control Panel for DOSDOS users have access to many printer features throughspecific DOS printer drivers; however, many softwaremanufactures do not develop printer drivers for their softwareprograms. The Samsung ML-1650 series printer provides theDOS software control panel for improved printer control whenDOS printer drivers are not available or when certain printsettings are not available through DOS software programs.Notes:• ML-1650 series printer’s Remote Control Panel for DOS can beused when the printer is connected via the parallel interface.• The ML-1650 series printer’s Remote Control Panel is not a printerdriver. It should be used to set print settings that are not availablethrough DOS software programs. Printer drivers are supplied by themanufacturers of your DOS software programs.
