4.1TroubleshootingClearing paper jamsBy carefully selecting paper types and loading them properly, you shouldbe able to avoid most paper jams. If paper jams occurs, ERROR andPAPER lights are lit. Turn the printer off then on. The jammed paper willautomatically come out from the machine. If not, follow the proceduresbelow to clear jams. To avoid tearing paper, pull the jammed paper outgently and slowly.Paper jam in input area1. Pull the jammed paper as shown below.2.
