Byusing the Group number, you can send a document to multipleparties through one operation. Your machine will dial theremote numbers in stored sequence. If the number is busy,your machine will dial the next stored number. After sendingto all of the stored numbers, the machine will automaticallyredial any number(s) which was/were previously busy. Beforeyou can use this feature, you must coordinate and store thegroup numbers desired.Note if the One−Touchbutton is used for GroupDial, you cannot storeinto One−Touch button.Storing Speed Dial Numbers for GroupDialling1 Press Setup.2 Press < or > to select ‘GROUPDIAL SETUP’ andpress Start/Enter.3 Press a One−Touch button you want to use for GroupDial.The display shows ‘GROUPNO.: Txx’, where xx is thenumber of the One−Touch button.• If the One−Touch button is previously assigned toGroup Dial, the display indicates ‘ GROUP xx USED’and ’DELETE? Y/N’. To keep the old one untouched,select ‘N (No)’, press Start/Enter and then try againthis step.To delete old group, select ‘Y (Yes)’, press Start/Enter,and then try again this step.• If the button is programmed for One−Touch dialling,‘DELETE? Y/N’ appears in the display.
