Printing a DocumentThis procedure describes the general steps required for printing fromvarious Windows applications. The exact steps for printing a documentmay vary depending on the application programme you are using. Refer toyour software application’s documentation for the exact printingprocedure.1. Start the programme you are using to create the document, and open thedocument you want to print.2. Choose Print or Print Setup from the File menu.3. Make sure the SmartJet printer is selected as your default printer.4. Click on the Properties or Setup button if you want to make anyadjustments as appropriate for printing your document. (See ‘PrinterSettings’ on page 2.4.)5. Select OK to close the Properties dialogue box.6.
