Menu functions Phonebook (Menu 2)35Adding members to a caller group1. Select a group.2. Press <Add>. The list of contacts stored in yourphone’s memory is displayed.3. Select a contact you want to add to the selectedgroup.4. To add more members, press <Options> andselect Add → a contact. Repeat this as desired.Managing caller groupsWhile viewing the group list, press <Options> toaccess the following options:• View: display the members of the selected group.• Add: add a new group.• Edit: edit the properties of the selected group.• Send message: send an SMS, MMS, or e-mailmessage to the member(s) you want.• Delete: delete the selected group or all groups.Group members, however, are not deleted fromPhonebook.Speed dial (Menu 2.5)Use this menu to assign a speed dial number (2 to 9)for eight of your most frequently called numbers.Assigning speed dial numbers1. Select a key location from 2 to 9. [1] is reservedfor your voice mail server.2. Select a contact you want.3. If the contact has more than one number, selectthe number you want.Managing speed dial entriesFrom the Speed dial screen, press <Options> toaccess the following options:• Add: assign a number to an unassigned key.• View: display the number assigned to the key.• Change: assign a different number to theassigned key.• Remove: clear the speed dial setting.Dialling speed dial entriesPress and hold the appropriate key in Idle mode.
