68Menu functionsOther files (Menu 6.5)Files that you have received but which are notsupported by your phone are stored in this folder. Youcannot open these files on the phone. Unsupported fileformats include *.doc, *.ppt, and *.txt.While viewing the file list, press <Options> to accessthe following options:• Send via: send the file via e-mail or Bluetooth.• Delete: delete the selected file or all files.• Rename: change the name of the file.• Share for bluetooth: share the selected file or allfiles with other Bluetooth devices.• Protection: protect the file from being deleted.• Properties: access the file properties.Memory status (Menu 6.6)You can check the total amount of memory for mediaitems and the amount of memory currently in use ineach media box.Calendar (Menu 7)The calendar feature enables you to keep track of yourschedule and task, and to view missed alarm events.To access this menu, press <Menu> in Idle mode andselect Calendar.Consulting the calendarWhen you enter the Calendar menu, the calendar inMonth view appears with today’s date highlighted.The number of events for the specific day appears atthe bottom of the calendar.
