Use a fast charg-er instead.The battery can be recharged attached to theradio or as a separate unit. To charge thebattery pack using the trickle charger, makesure the radio is turned off. Insert the battery/radio into the charger. Make sure the indicatoron the charger glows red. If the indicator doesnot glow red, check that the battery/radio isseated properly and the charger is plugged incorrectly. The indicator will remain red untilthe radio is removed from the charger.The battery will be fully charged in about 16hours. You can leave the battery in the chargeruntil you next need to use the radio.
