Verify that CentreWare DP and a DocuPrint printer driver havebeen loaded on the workstation.In Windows 3.1X or Windows for Workgroups, check PrintManager to see the DocuPrint printer listed as an availableprinter.In Windows 95, double click on My Computer (you may havechanged this name). Open the Printers folder to verify that thereis an entry for the type of DocuPrint printer you installed.2. Launch the CentreWare DP software.In Windows 3.1X or Windows for Workgroups, locate theCentreWare DP group and double click the CentreWare DPicon.In Windows 95, click on the Start button and slide the highlightup to the Programs entry. In the next fold-out window, slide thehighlight up or down until you reach the CentreWare DP entry.Release the mouse button to launch.3. For either Windows 3.1X or Windows 95 platform, check thePrinters window at the left side of the CentreWare DP screenfor the printer’s name. If no names appear, your station is unableto find a printer on the network. Perform the steps in the sectionentitled Hardware Step-by-Step to verify your printer’s settings,then return to this procedure.4. If the desired printer’s name appears, your printer iscommunicating through the network. Select the desired printer. Ifa communications error message appears, your printer is not ableto communicate with your workstation. Perform the steps in thesection entitled Hardware Step-by-Step to verify your printer’ssettings, then return to this procedure.
