Contacting Fuji Xerox 446Technical SupportFuji Xerox recommends the Customer first utilize support materials shipped with the product, productdiagnostics, information contained on the Web, and email support. If unsuccessful, to obtain serviceunder product warranty the Customer must notify Fuji Xerox Telephone Support or its authorizedservice representative of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period. Customer will provideappropriate assistance to Telephone Support personnel to resolve issues, such as restoration of theoperating system, software program and drivers to their default configuration and settings, verificationof functionality of Fuji Xerox supplied products, replacement of customer replaceable units, clearingpaper misfeeds and cleaning the unit and other prescribed routine and preventative maintenance.If the Customer’s product contains features that enable Fuji Xerox or its authorized servicerepresentative to diagnose and repair problems with the product remotely, Fuji Xerox may request thatthe Customer allow such remote access to the product.
