Clean the document glass.The text in the document is too faint. Adjust the resolution. Adjustthe contrast.There may be a problem with thetelephone connection.Check the telephone line, then sendthe fax again.There may be a problem with thecaller’s fax machine.Make a copy to check that yourprinter is operating correctly, andthen, if the copy was printedcorrectly, have the recipient checkthe condition of their fax machine.The fax received by therecipient is blank.The document was loaded incorrectly.
