Ensure to start themeasurement after completing the condition setting described in section2.3 “Setting Measurement Conditions” on page 2-4.2.4.1 Continuous ModeThe Continuous mode is the mode in which the measurement data isalways displayed and updated in the time-series order. Follow the stepbelow:1. Select OFF for {TriggerMode} on the Trigger setting panel.2. Start the measurement by the {START} button. The datameasurement starts, and the data is displayed in the time-series orderon the waveform display area, and updated in series.3. When the time passes longer than the specified data length from themeasurement start, the data is discarded from the oldest one, and thenew data is updated in series (see Fig. 2-13).4. When the target waveform data is displayed on the waveform displayarea, press the {STOP} button to stop the measurement.Fig. 2-13: Continuous ModeOld data Latest dataFlow of data updateSUPPLE-MENTContinuous mode enables to display the measurement datain time-series order, but it does not necessarily assure thereal-time display. The data contain a delay to a certainextent, and the delay can be extended as the measured datais large in volume. The following setting changes help for the challenging ofreal-time display:- Trying smaller number of available channels- Trying longer sampling time- Trying shorter data length27 of 48
