Press and hold in the [TXPO] key for one second to enter the Set mode.2. Rotate the DIAL knob to select Set Mode Item 22: CWTRNGCWTRNGCWTRNGCWTRNGCWTRNG.Note: Do not forget to pull the DIAL knob to rotate the DIALknob.3. Press the [TXPO] key momentarily to enable adjustment of thisSet Mode Item.4. Press the [BAND] key to switch the flashing of the LED (white) on and off; a “dot” bythe CW speed indicates that the LED is on.7. Press the [F/W] key to begin generation of the code characters (CW sidetone only, theradio does not transmit); the transmitted characters will appearon the display.If one of the “rrrrr” modes is not selected in step 4 above, press the[F/W] key to send another code group.If one of the “rrrrr” modes is selected in step 4 above, press the [F/W] key to stop the CWgeneration.8. Rotate the DIAL knob while press and holding the [VOL] key to adjust the CW sidetoneoutputs level.9.
