E4-9CARBURETTORFUELE33003-0*ASSEMBLY1) Screw in the main nozzle fully, and screw in themain jet until tight.2) Install the needle-valve on the float, attach thefloat to the carburettor body with the float-pin,and tighten the screw.3) Install a new gasket to the float-chamber, installit to the carburettor body, and secure with thescrews.4) Screw in the pilot jet fully5) Install the pilot-screw with its spring, screw it inuntil seated then screw it specified turns out.cCDo not cause damage to the tip of the pilotscrew by over-tightening it.Pilot screw, specified turns out:1 1/8 – 1 5/8 |
