E9-3ENGINE IS HARD TO START OR WILL NOT STARTTRBLSHTGIs the compression of crankcase normally?Check the leakage of compression from thecrankcase.Is there any damage on the cylinder?IF THE TROUBLE HAS NOT BEEN FOUND,START THE ABOVE CHECKS ALL OVER AGAIN.Check the following parts and replace asnecessary:1) Oil seal2) Crank case - cracked, distortion,scratches on mating surfaces.Replace the crank cylinder assembly.YESNONOYESIs the starter mounting position correct?Can the flywheel be turned by hand?Correct it.Disassemble the recoil starter andcheck it.
