Wire is connected to the meter.B. Clamp the brake hose to the stay assem-bly. Clamping position should be 5 mm(0.20 in) or more away and less than 10mm (0.39 in) from the top end of the brakehose protector. Cut the tip to be between 2to 4 mm (0.08 to 0.16 in).C. To the throttle bodiesD. Clamp the coolant reservoir hose and radi-ator inlet hose. Point the clamp opening tothe outside of the vehicle and the tip of theclamp to the front upper side of the vehicle, and pay attention so that the tip does notprotrude from the radiator cover.E. Route the fuel tank breather hose by thewire guide. The white paint position of thehose shall be lower than the wire guide.F. To the EXUPG. Pass the fuel tank breather hose, andEXUP cable through the wire guide of therear brake light switch stay.H. The clamp position shall be at the center ofbending section of the brake fluid reservoirhose as shown in the illustration.I. Bind the two EXUP cables with the clamp. For the clamping position, a part of theclamp should be located within a range of10 mm (0.39 in) from the end of wire bend-ing attachment. Any direction of the clampopening can be accepted.J. To the wire harnessK. To the coolant reservoir tankL. Route the radiator fan motor lead (right) sothat there is no slack as much as possiblein this section.M. Pass the radiator fan motor lead (right)above the coolant reservoir hose and routeit to the inside of the frame.N. Pass the coolant reservoir hose to the vehi-cle inner side of the radiator inlet hose androute it to the lower outside of the vehicle ofthe thermostat assembly.O. Route in the concavity section of the radia-tor stay.P. Route the wire guide of the radiator stay asshown in the illustration. (Twisting notallowed)Q. The outside of the vehicle.R. The inside of the vehicle.S. The front side of the vehicle.T. Point the clamp head to the outside of thevehicle and fit it so that the band tip is posi-tioned at the vehicle front side.U. Pass the fuel tank breather hose throughthe guide wire of the sidestand bracket.Make sure to place the white paint positionof the hose lower than the guide wire.
