Reinstall the air cleaner cover making sureyou match the arrow (Figure 12, (5)) on thecover with the arrow on the case(Figure 12, (6)).8. Latch the air cleaner cover to the case.Perform the following maintenance every 500hours of operation.• Replace Air Cleaner Element• Replace Fuel Filter• Clean Fuel Filter / Water SeparatorReplace Air Cleaner ElementReplace the air cleaner element (Figure 12, (2))every 500 hours even if it is not damaged or dirty.When replacing the element, clean the inside ofthe air cleaner case (Figure 12, (4)).If the air cleaner is equipped with a doubleelement, only remove and replace the innerelement (Figure 13, (1)) if the engine lacks poweror the dust indicator actuates (if equipped).
