The dish has two parts: a hole for the in-jector (B) and a steel grill to put at the bottomof the baking dish.BThe injectors and rubber hose. “A” is the rubberhose”, “B” is the injector for steam cooking and“C” is the injector for direct steam cooking.BA CSteam cooking in a dietary baking dishPut the food onto the steel grill in the bakingdish. Add some water. Put the injector (B) intothe rubber hose. Put the injector (B) into thespecial hole in the dietary baking dish. Put theconnector attached to the rubber hose (A) intothe steam inlet.Put the baking dish onto the first or secondshelf position from the bottom. Make sure thatyou do not crush the rubber hose or let it toucha heating element on the top of the oven. Setthe oven for the steam cooking function.Direct steam cookingPut the food onto the steel grill in the bakingdish. Add some water. Put the injector (C) intothe rubber hose.
