Planning the electrical installation 63 Relay cableThe cable type with braided metallic screen (for example ÖLFLEX by LAPPKABEL,Germany) has been tested and approved by the manufacturer. Control panel cableIn remote use, the cable connecting the control panel to the drive must not exceed100 m (330 ft). If multiple drives are connected, the total length of the panel bus mustnot exceed 100 m (330 ft).The cable type tested and approved by the manufacturer is used in control paneloption kits. Suitable cables are CAT 5e unshielded or shielded twisted pair cables. Drive composer PC tool cableConnect the Drive composer PC tool to the drive through the USB port of the controlpanel. Use a USB type A (PC) - type B (control panel) cable. The maximum length ofthe cable is 3 m (9.8 ft). FPBA-01 PROFIBUS DP adapter module connectorsFrames R0…R3: The following connector types have been tested to fit in the tightspace for option slot 1.• Phoenix Contact SUBCON-PLUS-PROFIB/PG/SC2, part number 2708245. Leadthe cable through the control cable hole on the right in the lead-through plate (1).• Siemens, part number 6GK1 500 0EA02. Lead the cable through the middlecontrol cable hole in the lead-through plate (2).12
