This value is set to 0.0.0.0 by default. The IP address is used for theEthernet interface. Obtain the correct IP address from your LAN administra-tor.DEFAULT G ATEWAY Defines or changes the default gateway. Enter the default gateway addressby entering a decimal number into the appropriate field and then pressingEnter to move to the next field. You will need a default gateway if the LANcontains multiple segments. This address is composed of four decimal num-bers, each in the range of 0 to 255, separated by periods. This value is set to0.0.0.0 by default. Contact your LAN administrator for the appropriate ad-dress.This parameter is global throughout the ATLAS 550. Changeshere affect all router interfaces.
