10.3 Removing the shelfsupportsTo clean the oven, remove the shelfsupports.1. Pull the front of the shelf supportaway from the side wall.2. Pull the rear end of the shelf supportaway from the side wall and removeit.21Install the shelf supports in the oppositesequence.10.4 Aqua cleaningThe Aqua cleaning procedure useshumidity to help remove remaining fatand food particles from the oven.1. Put 200 ml of water into the cavityembossment at the bottom of theoven.2. Set the True Fan Cooking PLUSfunction and press the PlusSteam button .3. Set the temperature to 90 °C.4. Let the appliance operate for 30minutes.5. Deactivate the appliance and let itcool down.6. When the appliance is cool, clean theinner surfaces of the oven with acloth.WARNING!Make sure that theappliance is cool beforeyou touch it. There is arisk of burns.10.5 Oven ceilingWARNING!Deactivate the appliancebefore you remove theheating element. Make surethat the appliance is cold.There is a risk of burns.Remove the shelf supports.You can fold down the heating elementon the oven ceiling to clean the ovenceiling easily.1. Hold the heating element with twohands at the front.2. Pull it forwards against the springpressure and out of two holders.The heating element folds down.3. Clean the oven ceiling.4. Install the heating element in theopposite sequence.Install the heating elementcorrectly above the supportson the inner walls of theappliance.5. Install the shelf supports.10.6 Removing and installingthe doorYou can remove the door and theinternal glass panels to clean it.
