Its main functions are:• Acquisition trigger in One Shot Mode• Reading phase-ON/reading phase-OFF command in Phase ModeThe main functions of the general purpose Input 2 are:• Second external trigger in Phase Mode• Match code storage command when the Match Code option is enabledThe electrical features of both inputs are:VAB = 30 V dc maximumIIN = 10 mA (reader) + 12 mA (TCNM-ACBB1) maximumThe active state of these inputs are selected in software. An anti-disturbance filter, by default, is implemented in software on both inputs. The value can be changed through thesoftware parameter Debounce Filter. See the Help On Line page of the Reading Phase step (Inputs) in Barcode Manager forfurther details on these parameters. These inputs are opto-isolated and can be driven by both NPN and PNP type commands.Note: Polarity insensitive inputs assure full functionality even if pins A and B are exchanged. The connections are indicated in the following diagrams:ABR 7000 Series Barcode Readerwww.bannerengineering.com - Tel: + 1 888 373 6767 29
