Wipe down the polycarbonate enclosure and the display with a soft cloth that hasbeen dampened with a mild detergent and warm water solution.9.5 Repairs and Warranty ServiceContact Banner Engineering for troubleshooting of this device. Do not attempt any repairs to this Banner device; itcontains no field-replaceable components. If the device or a device component is determined to be defective by aBanner Applications Engineer, they will advise you of Banner's RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure.Important: If instructed to return the device, pack it with care.
