Under Authentication you must:• Change CHAP Secret so that it matches Remote’s System secret (Remote_S).• Optional: Configure Calling Line Ids (if Calling Line Id security was enabled).d. Under IPX Information:• Enable IPX.• Enable Make Calls for IPX data.• Select RIP/SAP as the Routing Protocol.5. Return to the Options menu, select IPX Routing, then select IPX Static Routes. You will have toconfigure a static route to the 0000FACE LAN. When you configure a static route to a site youmust enter the name of the device or node address of the next hop device, Remote in this case.C ONFIGURATION FOR SITE “REMOTE”The configuration on Remote to allow IPX Routing to Central using PPP is as follows:1. Start QuickSET and select Custom.2. Configure the CSX100 system information.a. Accept the Local Ethernet IP Address. Click Next.b. Set your CyberSWITCH Name (Remote) and System Password (Remote_S).c. Select your switch type.d. Enter the directory number for the CSX100 (13135552222). Click Next.e. Enable IPX Routing by clicking in the box.f. Set the External Ethernet Network Number (0000FACE). Click Next.3. Define Central as a remote connection.a. Click Add Remote, enter Central, and click OK.b. Set the password. Click Remote’s Password and enter Central_S twice for confirmation.c. Define Central’s phone settings. Enter 13135551111.d. Optional: Define Caller ID Numbers if Caller ID Security was enabled. Click Next.e. Configure a service entry. Click Add Route and then SAP Table.• Select File Server.• Enter FILESER1 for the Server Name.• Set the Internal Network Number (43210900).• Set the Ticks (3).• Accept the Socket Number (0451).• Set the Hop Count (2).• Set the Node address (000000000001).• Accept the External WAN Network Number (00000000).• Click OK.4.
