M SCAN (Scan All Disc): If this symbol appears onthe display after pressing the Scan screen button,the system plays the first 10 seconds of each trackon all of the loaded discs of the same media type.Select the OFF screen button to stop scanning.When the system has scanned through all of the discs,the system automatically stops scanning.y (Random): Select to toggle between the followingrandom options:B RND (Random One Disc): If this symbol appearson the display after pressing the random screenbutton, the system plays the tracks on the selected disc,in random, rather than sequential, order. Select theOFF screen button to turn off random play.M RND (Random All Discs): If this symbol appearson the display after pressing the random screen button,the system plays the tracks on all of the loaded discs,in random, rather than sequential, order This functionrandoms all discs of the same media type. Selectthe OFF screen button to turn off random play.k (Repeat): Select to toggle between the followingrepeat options:X RPT (Repeat Track): If this symbol appears on thedisplay after pressing the repeat screen button, thesystem repeats the track currently playing. Select theOFF screen button to turn off repeat play.B RPT (Repeat Disc): If this symbol appears on thedisplay after pressing the repeat screen button, thesystem repeats all of the tracks on the disc currentlyplaying. Select the OFF screen button to turn offrepeat play.OFF: Select to stop the scan, random, or repeat functions.¦ t u ¥ (Seek Key): Press the up arrow to seek tothe next track on a disc. If playing the last track,pressing the up arrow seeks to the first track of the nextdisc with the same media type or goes to the firsttrack of the selected disc.Press the down arrow to go to the beginning of thecurrent track or to the previous track on a disc. If playingthe first track, pressing the down arrow seeks to thelast track on the selected disc.3-16
