Speed, altitude, roadgrades, outside temperature and how much the vehicleis used to pull a trailer are all important. It can dependon any special equipment on the vehicle, and theamount of tongue weight the vehicle can carry. See“Weight of the Trailer Tongue” later in this section formore information.Trailer weight rating (TWR) is calculated assuming thetow vehicle has only the driver but all required traileringequipment.
