251Trouble?Sound is distorted or is recorded at lower levels.- When recording near loud sounds (such as fireworks, shows orconcerts), sound may become distorted or it may not be recordedat the actual levels. This is not a malfunction. Adjust the audiorecording level manually (A 234).The picture is displayed correctly but there is no sound from thebuilt-in speaker.- Speaker volume is turned off. Adjust the volume (A 68).- If the supplied High Speed HDMI cable or optional STV-250N Ste-reo Video Cable is connected to the camcorder, disconnect it.- The AV OUT/× terminal is set to headphone output. Set 1 >q > [AV/Headphones] to [Ò AV].There is no sound from the AV OUT/× (headphones) terminal.- D Audio will not be output from the AV OUT/× terminalwhile Wi-Fi functions are in use.Memory Card and AccessoriesCannot insert the memory card.- The memory card was not facing the correct direction. Turn thememory card over and insert it.Cannot record on the memory card.- The memory card is full. Delete some recordings (A 73) to freesome space or replace the memory card.- Initialize the memory card using the [Complete Initialization] option(A 41) when you use it with the camcorder for the first time.- The LOCK switch on the memory card is set to prevent accidentalerasure.
