253Trouble?Cannot save recordings on my computer- When the memory contains too many recordings (Windows –2,500 or more photos/MP4 movies, Mac OS – 1,000 or more pho-tos/MP4 movies), you may not be able to transfer recordings to acomputer. Try using a card reader to transfer recordings from thememory card.Donly: To transfer the recordings in the built-in memory,copy them to the memory card in advance (A 138).After touching the camcorder’s NFC touchpoint to the touchpoint ofan NFC-compatible device, the device is not correctly recognized.- Align the center of the touchpoints on the camcorder and the otherdevice. If there is no reaction, try slightly moving the devices whilethey are touching.- The NFC function may be turned off. Set 1 > q > [NFC] to[i On].D Wi-Fi FunctionsRefer also to the instruction manual of the access point and otherdevices you will use.Cannot connect with the access point.- Check that the access point is working correctly.- The effective communication range between the camcorder andaccess point may vary depending on the strength of the wirelesssignal.
