Specifying Report Settings 7-77Printing Communication ReportsRX ReportThe RX Report enables you to check whether the documents were sent correctly from thesender's machine and were received successfully by this machine. An RX Report can beprinted automatically after documents are received. You can also set the machine to print an RXReport only when a reception error occurs.NOTE• For an example of an RX Report, see "RX Report," on p. 9-5.• The default setting is 'Off'.1 Press ➞ [Report Settings] ➞ [Fax] under ➞ [RXReport].2 Select [On], [For Error Only], or [Off] ➞ press [OK].Details of each item are shown below.The selected mode is set.[On]: Prints a report each time a document is received.[For Error Only]: Prints a report only when a reception error occurs.[Off]: Does not print a report.
