62-61753-21 2-162.8.4 Remote Temperature SensorsThe unit is provisioned to connect a up to three remotetemperature sensors directly to the microprocessor.The microprocessor may be configured to display thesensor reading in the Unit Data display and to recordthe sensor reading in the Data Recorder. A user speci-fied name may be configured for both sensors, thisname will be displayed (recorded) rather than the de-fault Remote Sensor #1, Remote Sensor #2 or Re-mote Sensor #3 name.2.8.5 IntelliSet/ProductShieldThe LogiCOLD Microprocessor offers over 48 parame-ters that may be set depending on the product beingcarried. IntelliSet allows the owner to pre-programproduct specific settings into the microprocessor andgive the settings a name. The operator may then callup these settings by simply selecting the IntelliSetname.In addition to the ability to pre-set the microprocessorparameters, the IntelliSet option includes Prod-uctShield. ProductShield is a group of nine Configura-tions which may be set to provide enhanced product orunit protection under extreme ambient conditions.2.8.6 Remote Control PanelThe unit may be fitted with an optional remote controlpanel. The panel displays refrigerated compartmentset point, compartment temperature and operatingmode (heat, cool or defrost). The set point may be setand the unit may be started and stopped using theremote panel.This compact panels can be mounted to suit the indi-vidual operator’s preferences - in the cab, on the frontbulkhead, or in the refrigerated compartment (includingin the wall itself).
