Start Sapera CamExpert (or equivalent Camera Link compliant interface) by double clicking thedesktop icon created during the software installation.2. CamExpert will search for installed Sapera devices. In the Devices list area on the left side, theconnected frame grabber will be shown.3. Select the frame grabber device by clicking on the name.Note: The first time you set up the camera you will need to establish a communication link between thecamera and frame grabber. Instructions are available here in Appendix F: Camera, Frame GrabberCommunication.Connect to the camera1. Start a new Sapera CamExpert application (or equivalent Camera Link compliant interface) bydouble clicking the desktop icon created during the software installation.2. In the Devices list area on the left side, select the COM port below the Camera Link label.Check LED statusIf the camera is operating correctly at this point, the diagnostic LED will shine green.Software interfaceAll the camera features can be controlled through the CamExpert interface. For example, under theSensor Control menu in the camera window you can control the line rate and exposure times.
