75Basic Operation¢ Network settingsWhen using a broadband router (DHCP function), thenetwork settings are made automatically, so there is noneed to make the settings from the setup menu.If the broadband router’s DHCP function is turned off, makethe “Network Setup” ( page 123, 124).• The required system connections and settings must bemade in order to listen to Internet radio.“Update?” appears on the display when connecting to anInternet radio station for the first time.Listening to Internet radio1 Either turn the FUNCTION knob or press theAUX button to select “NetAudio” (AMP mode).• The “Network Audio” menu screen appears.2 Press the CURSOR DD or HH button to select“Internet Radio”, then press the ENTER orCURSOR GG button.• The initial screen when not connected to the Internetis displayed.(Remote control unit in the AMP mode)(Main unit)3 Connecting to an Internet radio station for thefirst time:Press the ENTER or CURSOR GG button.• The update screen appears.ENTERCURSORFUNCTIONCURSORAUXENTERDuring playback, press the ENTER button once topause playback, then press ENTER button again toresume playback.If the ENTER button is pressed and held in for morethan two seconds when in the play or pause mode,playback stops and the previous menu windowreappears.Finally, the list of Internet radio stations is displayedand those that can be played are indicated by the “∗”mark in front of them.4 Press the ENTER or CURSOR GG button onceagain.• The latest list of radio stations is downloaded fromthe vTuner site. (Several minutes are required for thisdownload.)5 Press the CURSOR DD or HH button to select thedesired setting item, then press the ENTER orCURSOR GG button.6 Press the CURSOR DD or HH button to select thedesired radio station, then press the ENTER orCURSOR GG button.• Connection starts, and the station starts playingonce the buffer reaches “100%”.
