The connection terminals are labeled with an earth symbol.6 All the electrical connections in the power section have been sizedand configured as required and are properly connected.DE1…-12… to L1/L, L2/N and PEDE1…-34… to L1/L, L2/N, L3 and PEMotor to U, V, W, and PE7 Every single supply voltage phase (L or L1, L2, L3) is beingprotected by a fuse or a circuit-breaker.8 The DE1... variable speed starter and the motor are configured forthe mains voltage being supplied.DE1…-12…: 200 - 240 V ±10 %DE1…-34…: 380 - 480 V ±10 %Motor: configuration (star, delta)9 The cooling air’s quality and volume will ensure that the requiredambient conditions for the DE1... variable speed starter and themotor will be met.10 All connected control cables and switchgear will ensure that therequired stop conditions will be met when necessary.11 The operating direction of a connected machine will make itpossible for the motor to be started (→ Check the U, V, W phasesequence or the FWD or REV operating direction).12 All emergency switching off functions and safety functions are in anappropriate condition.
