Torque memory enableWhen the replacing upper roll has contacted with the material and the replacing lower roll hasn’t been replaced, nomatter which torque control mode is adopted, the replacing lower roll inverter will be switched to the torque controlmode by the torque memory enable signal. The given Torque reference is the torque remembered by the previousinverter.4. Torque increase functionWhen the torque memory enable signal is valid, the inverter will control the torque according to the memorytorque. After the setting torque increase delay time, the output torque will increase according to the setting torqueincrease proportion to keep a large line tension at the moment for easy cutting off.At the end of roll alternation, the pre-drive signal of the replaced upper roll inverter is revoked. Then the replacedupper roll inverter operates in the setting tension control mode.
