Access the main board.2. Locate and disconnect connector J711.3. Check continuity from pin 3 (tan and red) to pin4 (violet and yellow) and pin 3 (tan and red) topin 5 (white and silver). Both should be openwhen the door is open and closed when thedoor is closed.Door Latch / Switch Assembly Replacement1. Remove power to the dishwasher.2. Remove the dishwasher from its installedposition, approximately 6 to 8 inches.3. Remove two screws, (R2 Robertson / CarpentersBit or #2 Phillips screwdriver).4. Disconnect the wiring to the switch.The door switches are rated at 13.5 VDC. Thedoor latch switches open and close the line andneutral break relays on the main control. The latchassembly is located on top of the tub. A strike on thedoor activates the switches, and the latch assemblyholds the door in when the door is latched closed.The dishwasher must be pulled out 6 to 8 inchesfrom its installed position to replace the latch switch.4. Continue to push the gasket into the track to thebottom of the tub and extending the gasket 2 in.to the center of the tub..5.
