Using the PM880 with a PC and PrinterModel PM880 Portable Hygrometer User’s Manual 1237.4 Printing ReportsWhen used with an IR-compatible printer, the PM880 can print out a varietyof data (current site, logs, drive contents, and user functions, tables andsettings) using the Reports command. Use the steps below to print thedesired report:IMPORTANT: The PM880 IR function is already setup for IrDA infraredcommunication. To change IR settings, refer to Setting UpPM880 IR Communications on page 110.1. If the menu is not active, press [MENU].2. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Service and press [ENTER].3. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Reports and press [ENTER]. A screensimilar to Figure 59 appears.Figure 59: Reports Window4. Use the arrow keys to select the desired report.5. Make sure the IR beam on the PM880 has clear access to the IR sensoron the printer.6. Press [F2] (Print) to print out the desired reports.
