Press to confirm.a The display shows the switch-off time at which thepyrolytic self-cleaning function will be finished.5. If required, you can use the rotary selector to delaythe switch-off time.6. Press to confirm.7. Press to start.The total duration of the pyrolytic self-cleaning func-tion comprises the cleaning time and coolingperiod. The time for the relevant section of the pyro-lytic self-cleaning function counts down on the dis-play.a For your safety, the appliance locks the appliancedoor. During cooling, the appliance unlocks thedoor opening mechanism as soon as the temperat-ure has fallen below 200 °C.a The cleaning time counts down on the display.a If you have delayed the switch-off time, the time untilthe pyrolytic self-cleaning function starts countsdown on the display.a The light in the cooking compartment remainsswitched off.a A signal tone sounds once the pyrolytic self-clean-ing function has ended.a The display shows a message.8. Once the appliance has cooled down, wipe out theash that has been left behind in the cooking com-partment with a damp cloth.Depending on the type and degree of soiling, whitedeposits may remain on the enamel surfaces. Thesedeposits are harmless.
