After waiting at least onesecond, you can trigger misting again by touching thee symbol.Steam removalSteam removal brings cold water to the cookingcompartment. This cools down the cookingcompartment, the steam condenses on the wall of thecooking compartment. This reduces the steamescaping when opening the door.9 WARNINGRisk of scaldingHot water may drip from the door when opened.You can use the steam removal function only up to atemperature of 130 °C with the following heatingfunctions:▯ Convection + 100% Humidity▯ Convection + 80% Humidity▯ Convection + 60% Humidity▯ Full surface grill level 1 + Humidity▯ Full surface grill level 2 + HumidityStarting steam removal:Touch the ¡ symbol. Steam removal lasts about20 seconds. The heating remains switched off duringsteam removal.Stopping steam removal prematurely:Open the oven door or touch the ¢ symbolNote: The steam removal function remains availablefor a short time after turning off the appliance.After every use1 Remove soiling from the oven interior as soon asit has cooled down. Baked-in residue is muchharder to remove later on.2 Wipe out the cooled down oven interior and drythem well with a soft cloth.3 Wipe furnishings or handles dry if condensatehas collected on them4 Dry the oven interior with the drying program (seesection entitled Drying program) or leave theappliance door open until the interior has driedcompletely.Safety lockFor your protection, the appliance has a safety shut-offfeature. Every heating operation is switched off after12 hours if the appliance is not operated during thistime. A message appears in the display.Exception:programming with the long-term timer.Turn the program selection to 0, after which you canoperate the appliance in the manner to which you areaccustomed.
