Customer’s sole remedy shallbe limited to (at seller’s sole option) repair orreplacement of the defective part.THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANDEXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSOR IMPLIED (INCLUDING THE WARRANTIESOF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FORA PARTICULAR PURPOSE) AND ALL OTHEROBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON SELLER’SPART. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THATEXTEND BEYOND THE LIMITED WARRANTYCONTAINED HEREIN.Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any otherperson to assume for seller any other liability inconnection with the sale of seller’s equipment. Thiswarranty shall not apply to any of seller’s equipmentor any part thereof which has been subject to misuse,alteration, abuse, negligence, accident, acts of godor sabotage.No action by any party shall operate to extend orrevive this limited warranty without the prior writtenconsent of seller. In the event that any provision ofthis warranty is held unenforceable for any reason,the remaining provisions shall remain in full forceand effect.IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREACH OF THEWARRANTY BY SELLER, SELLER’S LIABILITYSHALL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO THEREMEDIES (AT SELLER’S SOLE OPTION) OFREPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVEEQUIPMENT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
