A repair kit is available; HARDI ref.no. 728746.Oil coolerOil coolerOil coolerOil coolerOil coolerThe cooler under the fan must be inspected externally atleast yearly and cleaned if necessary. Remove the bagand check that the cooler ribs are clean. A pressurecleaner can be used to clean the ribs. When the bag isreplaced, unfold the boom to check it is centred andangle the air outlet forward to check there is no slack inthe bag.HyHyHyHyHydrdrdrdrdraulic traulic traulic traulic traulic transmissionansmissionansmissionansmissionansmissionIf the hydraulic motor has been dismantled or replaced,the following start-up procedure has to be done:1. The boom needsto be unfolded sochoose a locationwhere this is possible.2. Remove the snapcoupler from hy. motor thedrain line and place thehose in a smallcontainer. Set thevalve for blower fanrevolutions at ornear minimum and with thetractor engine at idle, unfold theboom.3. Adjust valve A for blower fanrevolutions so the fan rotates between300 to 500 r/min for 5 minutes or until oilcomes from the drain line. The sprayerhydraulics are now filled with oil and thevalve can be set to maximum and tractor r/min in-creased to check for possible leakage.4. Check oil pressure filter (if fitted) indicates green (notclogged).5. Replace the drain line snap coupler. Check the tractorhydraulic oil level and top up if needed.
