Thisrack offers a convenient place to grasp bakeware whentaking it out of the oven.Notes:• The Easy Rack is to be used in ovens with a hidden bakeelement only. Do not use the Easy Rack if your oven hasan exposed bake element.• Use the Easy Rack only in the oven in which it waspurchased.Notes:• The use of the offset rack is denoted in the list at left asan “o” after the rack position number.• Do not place food on a flat rack in position one whenthe offset rack is in position two. When the offset rack isin position two, a flat rack placed in position one maycontact the offset rack when sliding in or out of theoven.• When baking on two or three racks, check foods at theminimum suggested time to avoid over-browning orover-cooking.• Do not cover an entire rack with aluminum foil or place foilon the oven bottom. Baking results will be affected anddamage may occur to the oven bottom.Oven RacksSingle and Double Convection Ovens – two flat racks andone offset rack were packaged for each oven.Single and Double Non-Convection Ovens – one flat andone offset rack were packaged for each oven.To remove:1. Pull forward to the“stop” position.2. Lift up on the front ofthe rack and pull out.To replace:1. Place rack on the racksupport in the oven.2. Tilt the front end up slightly; slide rack back until it clearsthe lock-stop position.3.
