Convect Slow Roast is best for food items such as beef, poultryand pork. This cycle cooks food at low temperatures for longperiods of time. It is not necessary to reduce the temperaturewhen using Convect Slow Roast. Food can be cooked up to12 hours. Depending on the time chosen, there is a range oftemperatures to select. If a programmed cook time is desired, touch TIMER NOT SETto enter the Cook Timer screen. Enter a cooking length usingthe on-screen number keyboard to set a timer to alert whencooking ends. Press CANCEL OVEN (CANCEL LEFT or CANCEL RIGHT on48" [121.9 cm] models) to turn off the oven.Convect Frozen Pizza is used to bake thick or thin crust frozenpizzas. During Convect Frozen Pizza, the convection element andbake burner will cycle on and off in intervals to maintain oventemperature.
